Full time position plus on-call, Monday thru Friday 9-5.
- Master’s degree required plus at least 2 years of experience working in a community-based mental health program (FBS, MST, BHRS) with children and their families
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Valid PA driver’s license required
- Attendance at, or graduation from, the Family Based Training program through the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center preferred
Job Duties include:
Administratively and clinically supervise a staff of 6-10 FBS staff members. Complete in-home psychosocial evaluations. Complete paperwork to obtain authorizations for insurance.
Attend County-wide meetings. Attend regular trainings at the Philadelphia Child and Family Training Center. Manage FSF funds to be distributed to families in need. Train new employees in the department on the FBS model.
