🧠 About the Outpatient Therapist Role
Opportunities to provide individual, family, and group therapy in an outpatient setting. As a therapist, you will be responsible for conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering counseling interventions, while also continually monitoring and documenting consumer progress and outcomes. This role involves working with children, adolescents, and adults.

📝 Responsibilities
- Provide clinically appropriate treatment based on mental health assessment and treatment plans.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
- Continued collaboration with treatment team.
- Assist and provide intakes assessments and discharge planning.
🎓 Qualifications
Education
- A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services, sociology, political science, criminal justice, pastoral counseling, education, or other related fields required.
- Proof of Practicum with an official transcript required.
Licensure and Certifications
- Pennsylvnaia licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred.
Experience & Skills
- Ability to work with Children and Adults
- Strong interpersonal skills with a nonjudgmental, client-centered approach
- Comfortable with digital tools and basic technology use (phones, computers)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Spanish Speaking a plus
Other Requirements
- Subject to the requirements of the Child Protective Services Law.
