Central Behavioral Health’s Administrative Case Management (ACM) Program is primarily an office-based, short-term, and less intensive case management service

Why ACM?

Central’s ACM staff provide assistance and support with linkage to community resources, public welfare and health insurance, medication affordability programs, vocational rehabilitation providers, and behavioral health treatment. They assist individuals by providing resources and information for housing and social security. They support people in obtaining identification documents such as driver’s license, social security card, etc.

ACM services are:

Available for residents of central and eastern Montgomery County

No referral form needed; services are free

No appointment or intake needed

Available Monday thru Friday from 9am – 5pm
