Therapy and Medication Management
Medication management and individual, family, or group therapy for a wide variety of concerns, with in-person and virtual appointments and same-day access for new clients available
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Program
A program that helps people who struggle with regulating intense, emotions through weekly one-on-one therapy, weekly group skills training sessions, and consultations as needed outside regular sessions
Group Therapy and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
A group therapy program tailored to empower adults with both behavioral health issues and substance use history to support their recovery, cope more effectively, prevent relapse, and strengthen social relationships.
Clinical Wellness Recovery Team Services
Teams of Behavioral health therapists collaborate with physical and behavioral health care providers to coordinate holistic care and provide health screenings and education-enhanced access to care.
Recovery Coaching and Case Management Team Services
Our team of trained case managers collaborates with individuals facing diverse challenges by offering emotional support, advocacy, and resource access to enhance independence and well-being.
Substance Use Recovery Services
A holistic program for people who struggle with addiction, co-dependency, and/or co-occurring disorders. It aims to achieve stability and rebuild their lives through services provided by certified addiction counselors, therapists, and psychiatrists.
Administrative Case Management Services (ACM)
Central’s ACM staff provide assistance and support with linkage to community resources, public welfare and health insurance, medication affordability programs, vocational rehabilitation providers, and behavioral health treatment. They assist individuals by providing resources and information for housing and social security. They support people in obtaining identification documents such as driver’s license, social security card, etc.
Career Center Services
The Career Center provides support through the enhancement of skills and strategies necessary for obtaining and retaining meaningful employment or educational pursuits.
Certified Peer Specialist
A Peer Specialist is an individual with their own mental health or co-occurring lived experience. They have found stability in their lives, and their role is to support participants in finding their own life of recovery. As individuals who have achieved and maintained their own personal recovery, they serve as constructive, positive role models who help reduce stigma and focus on empowerment.
Food as Medicine
Central Behavioral Health, Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Managed Care Solutions have joined forces to create a Food as Medicine team consisting of a dietician, farm education manager and a registered nurse specifically designed to help adults with serious illness live better lives.
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program
Montgomery Family Practice (MFP), in collaboration with Central Behavioral Health (Central), offers a Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program tailored to individuals with opioid use disorders, that are also seeking to establish care at MFP as their Primary Care Provider (PCP).
