📝 Responsibilities
- Answering and responding to phone inquiries, TEAMS messages, and emails.
- Assist with the greeting and checking-in of consumers or other visitors of the agency.
- Verify consumer demographic information and insurance details during check-in and when scheduling appointments.
- Assist in collecting co-pays.
- Check out and schedule consumers for future appointments.
- Processing and distribution of agency mail.
- Metabolic screening.
- Scanning of labs/documents.
- Assist with other departmental functions as needed.
🎓 Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related human services field preferred
Experience & Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a nonjudgmental, client-centered approach
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage crisis and problem solve
- Comfortable with digital tools and basic technology use (phones, computers)
- Computer exposure to EHR systems helpful.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Subject to the requirements of the Child Protective Services Law.
