🧠 About the IOP Therapist Role
The Intensive Outpatient Therapist will provide both group and individual therapy services for clients across our various tracks (MH, Co-occurring, and Life Skills). As an IOP therapist, you will be working in a team approach with individuals experiencing serious mental health challenges, including co-occurring and trauma related symptoms.

📝 Responsibilities
- Provide clinically appropriate treatment based on mental health assessment and treatment plans.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
- Continued collaboration with treatment team.
- Assist and provide intakes assessments and discharge planning.
🎓 Qualifications
Education
- Master’s degree from an accredited program in human services, psychology, counseling, education, or related field
- Official transcript must reflect completed practicum
- Licensed professional preferred.
Experience & Skills
- Strong computer skills. Experience in EHR systems, and SharePoint a plus.
- Experience working with the adult population with serious mental illness and co-occurring.
- Experience in group therapy.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to maintain an energetic and positive work environment.
Other Requirements
- Subject to the requirements of the Child Protective Services Law.
