"Therapy requires a person to be open, honest, and willing to examine themselves and the world around them. This is something that I don't take lightly. In my work I do my best to create an empathic and understanding relationship that will allow us to do the hard work together. Therapy is rarely easy, but the self-knowledge and awareness it provides is invaluable."
