Psychiatrist

Full-time or Part-time Psychiatrist, in a staff or contractor position, to work with adults, children, and families in a non-profit, multi-service outpatient community mental health setting with an interdisciplinary team approach.

TIP Facilitator

The TIP Facilitator is responsible for following the evidence supported TIP Model and the Pennsylvania Blended Case Management Regulations, to support individuals experiencing emotional and/or behavioral difficulties, to achieve their independence goals.  The TIP Facilitator works to engage the young person (between the ages of 16 – 26) through relationship development, person-centered planning, and a focus on their future.  The TIP Facilitator teaches skills to help youth become more self-sufficient, connect youth to their community, build a safety net of support, advocate for youth voice and choice, and improve positive outcomes.

Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator conducts both telephonic and in-person intake screenings, which serve as the foundation for subsequent treatment at Central.

Family-Based Therapist

A Family Based Therapist collaborates within a two-person team, delivering in-home therapy and support services to children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. The team engages with both the child and their family, aiming to foster a stable home environment, enhance caregivers’ skills, and promote emotional and behavioral well-being in the child.

School Based Therapist

The School-Based Therapist will collaborate with teachers, school district staff, and parents to deliver tailored support, individual therapy, and group counseling to students in need within the contracted school district.

Outpatient Support Staff- Bilingual

In the Outpatient Support Staff role, you will have the opportunity to provide customer service to consumers, guests of the agency, and staff. The support staff position performs various front-office functions.

Central Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced psychiatrist to lead our clinical team. The Medical Director will oversee all medical services within the organization, ensuring the highest standard of care for our diverse client population. This position plays a critical role in shaping and implementing clinical strategies, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care.

Outpatient Therapist

Opportunities to provide individual, family, and group therapy in an outpatient setting. As a therapist, you will be responsible for conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering counseling interventions, while also continually monitoring and documenting consumer progress and outcomes. This role involves working with children, adolescents, and adults.

The Certified Peer Specialist is part of the Peer Support Team, which offers recovery-focused services for adults (18 years and older) dealing with serious mental health or co-occurring challenges.
