Central Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) to serve as the MODIA® Program Coordinator under a newly awarded opioid remediation grant. This position plays a key role in supporting individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and co-occurring behavioral health conditions through digital health engagement and recovery support services.

The MODIA® program is a digital CBT-based tool designed to enhance client engagement, retention, and wellness in between clinical appointments. The CRS will help clients navigate the program and apply its principles, ensuring consistent support throughout their recovery journey.

The School-Based Therapist will collaborate with teachers, school district staff, and parents to deliver tailored support, individual therapy, and group counseling to students in need within the contracted school district. This is a temporary position for up to 3 months, with the potential to become permanent depending on program needs.

A case manager provides flexible, community-based services that are designed to promote the empowerment, recovery, and community integration of adults and/or children with behavioral health challenges and their families. Using a person-centered approach, the case manager helps the individuals and families navigate across systems, gain access to behavioral health services, and coordinate with community and natural supports as identified in their goal plan.

The team engages with both the child and their family, aiming to foster a stable home environment, enhance caregivers’ skills, and promote emotional and behavioral well-being in the child
