We are currently hiring the following positions.

Behavioral Health Supervisor

The Team Leader will supervise up to nine staff within the Recovery Support Teams Department, in both our Norristown and Abington locations, and provide direct client support as needed. The Team Leader is responsible for verifying staff and team compliance with all applicable State, County, and agency policies and regulations; meeting performance indicators as determined by Montgomery County Behavioral Health Services; and determining the eligibility of referrals for Recovery Coaching services.

Medical Director

Central Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced psychiatrist to lead our clinical team. The Medical Director will oversee all medical services within the organization, ensuring the highest standard of care for our diverse client population. This position plays a critical role in shaping and implementing clinical strategies, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care.

CPS- Certified Peer Specialist

The Certified Peer Specialist is part of the Peer Support Team, which offers recovery-focused services for adults (18 years and older) dealing with serious mental health or co-occurring challenges.

Family-Based Therapist

A Family Based Therapist collaborates within a two-person team, delivering in-home therapy and support services to children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges. The team engages with both the child and their family, aiming to foster a stable home environment, enhance caregivers’ skills, and promote emotional and behavioral well-being in the child.

Senior Services- Case Manager

The Case Manager for Seniors provides flexible, community-based services that are designed to promote the empowerment, recovery, and community integration of older adults (ages 60+) with behavioral health challenges. Using a person-centered approach, the case manager helps the individual navigate across systems, gain access to behavioral health services, and coordinate with community and natural supports as identified on their goal plan.

Adult Case Manager (Recovery Coach)

A case manager provides flexible, community-based services that are designed to promote the empowerment, recovery, and community integration of adults and/or older adults with behavioral health challenges and their families. Using a person-centered approach, the case manager helps the individuals navigate across systems, gain access to behavioral health services, and coordinate with community and natural supports as identified in their goal plan.

Adolescent- Case Manager (TIP Facilitator)

The TIP Facilitator is responsible for following the evidence supported TIP Model and the Pennsylvania Blended Case Management Regulations, to support individuals experiencing emotional and/or behavioral difficulties, to achieve their independence goals.  The TIP Facilitator works to engage the young person (between the ages of 16 – 26) through relationship development, person-centered planning, and a focus on their future.  The TIP Facilitator teaches skills to help youth become more self-sufficient, connect youth to their community, build a safety net of support, advocate for youth voice and choice, and improve positive outcomes.

Integrated Health Clinician

As an Integrated Health Clinician, your role will be instrumental in facilitating the seamless integration of Behavioral Health and Physical Health services, engaging directly with individuals navigating serious mental illness. You will work with a Clinical Nurse Navigator as part of a Team to deliver clinical services aligned with the Recovery Model.

Psychiatrist

Full-time or Part-time Psychiatrist, in a staff or contractor position, to work with adults, children, and families in a non-profit, multi-service outpatient community mental health setting with an interdisciplinary team approach.
