🧠 About the Intensive School-Based Therapy Supervisor Role
Central Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Intensive School-Based Therapy Supervisor to lead our Intensive In-School Support Program. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality behavioral health services are delivered to students within our contracted school districts. The Supervisor will provide clinical oversight to a team of five therapists and serve as a liaison between Central and district personnel.
The ideal candidate will be a skilled clinician with strong leadership capabilities, comfortable providing direct services when needed and able to maintain collaborative relationships with school partners.

📝 Responsibilities
-
Provide clinical and administrative supervision to a team of 5 school-based therapists
-
Ensure timely and effective delivery of therapy and crisis support services, including individual, family, and group interventions
-
Provide on-site support for crises and after-hours phone support during designated on-call times
-
Serve as the main liaison with school district personnel, including attending meetings, case conferences, and IEPs
-
Cover client caseloads during therapist absences or staffing gaps
-
Offer professional development and consultation to school staff

Ensure compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
🎓 Qualifications
Education
-
Master’s degree from an accredited program in human services, psychology, counseling, education, or related field

Official transcript must reflect completed practicum
Experience & Skills
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and/or in behavioral health
-
At least 2 years of clinical supervisory experience preferred
-
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
-
Ability to manage priorities and support a team in a school-based setting
