Serving the community for 75 years, Central Behavioral Health is a non-profit community behavioral health center that continues to help people of all ages. Job Overview:
In the Outpatient Coordinator role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative support to consumers, fellow team members, and referral sources through the coordination and administration of the front office activities.
Schedule:
This is a Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm- 37.5 hour per week position.

Responsibilities:
- Management and triaging of crises promptly.
- Oversight of Open Access appointments
- Engagement of consumers who have not been in for treatment.
- Screening and transfer of consumer requests.
- Management and oversight of will call list and therapist waiting list.
- Coordination and management of the Bloodwork clinic and back up to the Injection clinic
- Works closely and coordinates care with the Physician Liaison.
- Assist with other departmental functions as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human services related field (preferred) OR high school diploma with 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in the adult behavioral health system.
- Ability to manage crisis and problem solve
- Computer exposure to EHR systems helpful.
Clearances:
In accordance with state regulations, all prospective new employees/contractors must make available for photocopy the original of their Federal Criminal History Record (DHS FBI Background Check), PA Criminal Background Check and PA Child Abuse Clearance prior to a job offer being extended.
