Job Overview: Opportunities to provide individual, family and group therapy in an outpatient setting. As a therapist you will be responsible for providing mental health assessment, treatment planning, and counseling intervention services, as well as continually monitoring and documenting consumer progress and outcomes.
Schedule:
- This is a full time, salaried position providing service via a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinically appropriate treatment based on mental health assessment and treatment plans.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
- Continued collaboration with treatment team.
- Assist and provide intakes assessments and discharge planning.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A Master’s Degree from an accredited program in an area of human services, sociology, political science, criminal justice, pastoral counseling, education, or other related fields.
- Proof of Practicum with an official transcript.
Clearances
