Effective July 1st, signed service tickets will be required for all services. The service ticket not only provides confirmation of the session but allows Central to bill your insurance carrier. Signed service tickets are a requirement for in-person and telehealth sessions.
If you are coming into the office to see a physician, you will be asked to sign a service ticket at the front desk prior to meeting with the doctor. If you are seeing a therapist, service tickets should be signed at the beginning of the appointment.
For virtual/telehealth sessions you will receive an email containing a link to the service ticket. Once the service ticket is signed you can continue with your telehealth appointment for that day.
Please note: Compliance with service ticket signatures is required for continuation of services.
